Company Certifications Bolt Underwater Services Inc. is certified as a Disadvantaged company with the State of Florida. Bolt is also certified with the Small Business Administration (SBA) and is a member of the Association of Diving Contractors (ADC).

In-House Quality Assurance
BOLT performs in-house Quality Assurance inspections. These inspections are in addition to those provided by FDOT and our clients.

To help specify, determine and document any deficiencies found, BOLT has the following equipment available:

Safety
BOLT conforms with OSHA Diving Standards, ADC and provides all employees with up-to-date safety manuals to review. We also conduct regular Field Safety Inspections to ensure the safety of our Divers.
